Requirements for E-Visa
Required Documents for E-Visa
To apply for an Indonesia e-Visa, you must prepare the following documents:
Valid Passport
- Must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of entry
- Must have at least 2 blank pages for stamps
- Must be in good condition (no damage, tears, or unauthorized markings)
- Scanned copy of the bio page (in color, JPG or PDF format)
Recent Photograph
- Passport-sized photograph (35mm x 45mm)
- Taken within the last 6 months
- Color photo with white background
- Full face view, looking directly at the camera
- Digital format (JPG, minimum 600x600 pixels)
Return/Onward Ticket
- Confirmed flight reservation showing departure from Indonesia
- Must be within the visa validity period (30 days for initial visa)
- Electronic ticket (e-ticket) or booking confirmation
- Must include passenger name, flight numbers, and dates
Proof of Accommodation
- Hotel reservations for the duration of stay
- OR letter of invitation if staying with friends/family
- OR proof of property ownership if staying in own property
- Must cover the entire period of stay in Indonesia
Proof of Sufficient Funds
- Bank statements for the last 3 months
- OR credit card statements
- OR traveler's cheques
- Minimum recommended amount: USD 1,000 or equivalent
